Our award winning team of chefs here at The Grange Manor are passionate about the food that they produce. Our Head Chef Paul Cook insists on only the finest of local ingredients, he scours the area sourcing the freshest seafood and finest Scottish Beef. Along with daily deliveries of fresh fruit and vegetables he and his team create mouth watering dishes,the emphasis is on simplicity with the minimum of fuss whilst offering the diner a truly memorable experience.Our 'Le Chardon' restaurant offers exceptional comfort and elegance, and as the name suggests the food is influenced by some of the flavours of France but is commited to Scotland and its natural larder.
"Wallace's", the Grange Manor's bar & restaurant, is situated in the former stables adjacent to the main house. Carefully refurbished, it retains the original stone walls with exposed ceiling beams lending additional character and charm.The cuisine in Wallace's is less formal and offers the diner an alternative quality experience, the range of dishes is wide but the quality remains the same. Wallace's is the place to be if you are looking for a light bite at lunch time, alternatively there are a range of traditional dishes such as Classis Fish Pie and Braised Highland Estate Venison.
