Award-winning chef Dean Hay started working at The Grange Manor at the age of 15 and during an extensive career in the kitchen, he has also spent time working in Edinburgh, The Borders, Shetland and France. A local lad has been at the helm of the Grange Manor hotel kitchen for 2 years now along with the adjoining Cook’s bar and kitchen. The extensive menu has been designed by Dean and is proving to be a huge success both locally and visitors from afar. Exciting dishes such as Portugese style Espetadas, or a traditional fish and chips to Dean’s legendary steak pie, along with keeping up with the trends, where we now offer a full Vegan selection, you are sure to find something to tickle your tastebuds.
