With our hotel handily placed for motorway and airport access, we can accommodate businesses seeking comfortable meeting spaces for a large number of guests.

Our Zetland and Dundas Suites situated on the ground floor of the hotel include bay windows allowing for plenty of natural daylight into the room. These flexible spaces can be used individually or as interconnecting rooms depending on your requirements on the day. Perfect for networking or team building events, Zetland Suite has its own bar facilities and can accommodate 38 – 130 guests, while Dundas Suite caters for between 30 – 90 guests at a time. For meetings between smaller teams and clients, we also have the Boardroom area, which is furnished with a beautiful boardroom table and twelve executive leather chairs.

Situated in a peaceful area of the hotel and also inclusive of plenty of natural lighting, you can also glimpse the magnificent Kelpies structures for a real sense of place!
